• How do I found/create a freight company?
  First of all, it’s important to have an account on our website. Register, confirm your email, and you’re ready to go.
  
  Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be taken directly to a screen where you can click on “CREATE A FREIGHT COMPANY” or choose an existing company to join.
  
  If you want to create your own, enter your company name and write some information to attract users to your company. After that, you can add your social media links.
  
  Next, go to the options section at the top. Enter your application email, where you’ll receive notifications about new applications. Choose your minimum wage and set the maximum allowed damage within your company.
  
  Then, move on to the logo section. Select and upload your company logo. Do the same for the header. If you don’t have one or both, that’s not a problem.
  
  Finally, click Save at the top — and your freight company is ready!
• How do I use the web dispatcher?

     You must have our TrucksLOG Dispo Mod as well as the
     
     TrucksLOG trailers activated in the Mod Manager.
     
     Optionally, you can also activate our Mannheim Extension (TL Map) (base map only).
     
     The Dispo and trailers are automatically distributed via the client.

     Your boss must enable Dispo access for you.
     
     In the driver settings, the web dispo must be activated.
     
     
     
  
  
  
  3. 
     Start the client
     
  
  
  
  4. 
     Now you need to create a save game.
     
     It’s very simple: while in the game,
     
     go to the system menu on the start screen and create an autosave.
     
  
  
  
  5. 
     Now go to the website under "Spedition" → "Disposition".
     
  
  
  
  6. 
     Create your tours.
     
     
     
     Then click "Send job to driver".
     
  
  
  
  7. 
     After a short forced delay, a popup will open.
     
     Click "Yes".
     
     
     
     If the dispatcher entered everything correctly, the tour will be added to your save game.
     
     Another popup will appear.

     Once you have accepted all tours, go back into the game and click:
     
     "Continue Career", then

  9. 
     Drive to the company, accept the job, choose the trailer, deliver it.

  The mod only supports the standard map and ProMods.
  
  We do not provide support for any other map mods.
  

• Real Eco Mode

  What is Real Eco Mode (REM)?
  
  

  
  
  

  
  Anyone who uses REM wants to drive according to traffic regulations.
  
  
  
  To use it, you must activate REM in your profile on the website.
  
  Additionally, you must have traffic fines enabled in the game.
  
  You must select the correct profile in the client.
  
  
  
  All in-game penalties are counted as violations.
  
  You will receive penalty seconds if you exceed our custom speed limit.

• Installation of the TrucksLOG Nova Client

  
  Download the TrucksLOG Nova Client from the website.
  
  Extract it.Important!
  
  
  Then run the setup from the extracted folder — not from within the ZIP file.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  You can freely choose the installation path.
  
  
  The client key you need can be found on the website in your profile under "Profile".
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  After that, simply click install — and you're done.
  

• Change Companyname?

  To change the company name, first log in to our website. It is also important that you are the owner of the company.

  
  
  

  If both conditions are met, go to the Spedition tab in the top menu and click on Settings.

  
  
  

  Then scroll all the way down and click on CHANGE COMPANY NAME.

  
  
  

  Now enter the new company name in the field and confirm by clicking CHANGE COMPANY NAME.

  
  
  

  That's it — your company now has a new name.
