§1 Spamming or Chain Messages

It is not allowed to post one or more messages in short intervals (less than 5 seconds) in a chat room. It could be that other chatters feel disturbed by this

§2 Insults / bullying

Insults of any kind inevitably lead to an account ban on our server. The same applies to racist statements of any kind. If we should notice that freight forwarders or groups are formed to harm others, these will be removed.

Insults of any kind against players or the team inevitably lead to an account ban on our server. The same applies to racist, sexist, right-wing or left-wing extremist or adult (pornographic) content of any kind on the website or in Discord. The posting of copyrighted material, names or avatars is also prohibited. If we should notice that shipping companies or groups are forming to harm others, or that players damage other players or shipping companies through deliberate actions, these shipping companies will be removed or blocked and the accounts from the server will be temporarily or permanently banned. Evidence is taken via the system and the materials submitted by users. All actions that directly affect Janus are recorded in the system and can only be viewed by administrators. Other evidence must be submitted by those concerned. However, if the system-side evidence is sufficient, no other evidence is needed.

§3 Passwords / private data

Never reveals your passwords in chat. Passwords should meet the applicable security standards and are nobody else's business. The same applies to your private data such as e-mail address, place of residence, telephone numbers etc.

§4 Pictures and photos

We allow users to post their own pictures in our chat. These must not violate applicable law, you must be the author of the image or obtain written permission from the author.
We reserve the right to block accounts if copyright material is posted without permission. The same goes for profile pictures, company pictures and company headers.

Image Upload

If you use our service and upload an image to TrucksLOG, the IP address used and the exact time of the action will be stored.
This is necessary in order to be able to prove in case of doubt by whom the corresponding image was uploaded at the time in question.

§5 CAPSLOCK

Capslock is to be avoided at all costs. In chat rooms a word that is capitalized means e.g. "STOP!" always that it is screamed. And who of you would like to be yelled at?

§6 World political outlook

Everyone has their opinion, others have different opinions. Don't let everyone think like you! Not everyone likes vanilla ice cream or chocolate, and neither does everyone like this or that politician. Such topics have not lost much in our chat. We are an ETS2 & ATS community and should therefore also debate that way. Just leave politics to others.

§7 Rules Discord

Inquiries on Discord/Ticket System are usually answered within 24 hours.

Anyone who contacts supporters on probation, supporters or administrators via private messages will be subject to a 2-day ban. In particularly persistent cases, we extend this to the perma-ban. In addition, we do not provide support for software from other manufacturers.

§8 Misconduct in Discord

Anyone who does not follow the rules must expect the following:

Kick from the server
Direct permanent ban from the Discord server.
If there are any warnings, it is possible to remove them in 4 weeks without further incidents.

§11 Speed limit/Penalty seconds

The speed limit was limited to 100 km/h in Euro Truck Simulator 2 and 80 mph in American Truck Simulator. From 101 KM/H / 81 Mph the penalty seconds start counting, they are only calculated when the tour is running, i.e. when a trailer is attached.

Penalty Seconds Calculation

The penalty seconds of the drivers are paid off after each tour, the penalty seconds are charged to the driver and the haulage company and debited from the account. They are calculated as follows:

The driver: penalty seconds * 20 €

Freight forwarder: penalty seconds * 60 €

This means, for example, if 10 penalty seconds are taken, the driver pays 200 € and the forwarding company 600 €.

§12 Taxes/Insurance/Cargo Damage

Taxes, insurance and cargo damage are calculated in the statement as follows:

§13 Client and game

If bugs or malfunctions are found in the client, this must be reported to support or administration. Bugusing is prohibited. If the bug is due to abuse by the player, the account will be blocked. Again, there is no need for proof. It is forbidden to provide the game with modifications that are installed to change (lower or remove) the following game components:
Reduction or removal of fuel prices
Reduction or removal of ferry costs
Changes to the tank volume
City name changes
Exceptions are changes through official map extensions (e.g. ProMods) The source code of the client is not OpenSource, which is why the copyright and all components at TrucksLOG and the respective Authors of the implemented additional content lies. If parts or all of the client's code is decrypted, this inevitably leads to criminal penalties. In particular, we are not liable for damage caused by using our software.

§14 Use of data

Our rules are not all-encompassing, and using loopholes or gray areas to violate these rules will also have ramifications. Every user of our services is encouraged to report rule violations and either to a supporter in Discord or by Email. The software uses and processes personal data for account security purposes. These are GDPR-compliant and include the following data, among other things:
The IP address of access to the server and the update system
data from the ISP
Facebook (optional)
Twitter ( optional)
TruckersMP - ID to identify violations of the TMP guidelines
Steam ID (optional)
Email address and virtual nickname

Additional optional content can be added to the profile that are not personal and only serve to improve the community
Recourse claims due to down times or server failures are excluded. Our offer is subject to change and non-binding. For the above-mentioned reason, we reserve the right to expand or change these rules if necessary without prior notice. Whoever uses our project automatically agrees to these rules.

§15 Use of mods and maps

Queries by our client: In order to continue to ensure fairness in our system, some mods are prohibited at TrucksLOG (cheating money and No Damage Mods) these are queried by our client. This query applies only to the workshop folder for ETS2 and ATS.

The MarioMap is locked by our client, so the client is not usable. To use the client, delete the files of the MarioMap in your mod folder of Euro Truck Simulator 2.

§16 TrucksLOG Points (Coins)

From May 1st, 2023 we will introduce a new system of awarding points (TrucksLOG Points), with which you can buy different things. You can buy badges for coins or various merchandise (work in progress). There are different amounts of coins for different actions on the website. For billing tours there are 0.001 points per 1000 KM / Mi in ETS2 and ATS. There are 0.050 points for creating events and 0.020 points for posting in our pinboard. This value can be adjusted or changed by the administration. There is no legal right to have the coins paid out in national currencies.

§17 Delete Tours

Each freight forwarder is responsible for deleting tours itself.
If a freight forwarder cancels a tour, a penalty of €/$ 50,000 for the freight forwarder and a fine of €/$ 1000 for the driver will be deducted from the respective account.
Tours that have been accidentally deleted or deliberately deleted can no longer be tracked by the system, so the penalty payment will not be credited again.

Company owners should be aware that anyone who has access to the logbook can delete tours.

§18 Tour reloading

From January 14th, 2021 we will implement a system to prevent tours from being reloaded.

This prevents tours at the unloading point from being reloaded and handed over several times.
Furthermore, all tours of a company are randomly compared with one another in order to identify irregularities in the route accounting. If we find such discrepancies in the billing, we reserve the right to ban users or delete the company and block the driver.
If tours are reported by shipping companies as irregular in Discord, we will change or delete the tours if necessary.

§19 Company and user naming

In the case of names of users and companies, it is important to ensure that the protection of minors is guaranteed. We play a simulation that is also used by children and young people, so names and texts that are clearly or ambiguously sexist, racist or offensive are strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to ban such users without comment, with the note that they should contact the Discord to change their name. The same applies to shipping companies.

§20 Old Account Data

The (currently) acting administrators of TrucksLOG.de check all accounts for activity from time to time. If an account is visible on TrucksLOG.de for more than 3 months (90 days) without activity or without a forwarding agent, all data of the account will be deleted without warning. Accounts that have not been associated with a forwarding agent for more than 3 months are considered inactive if our services cannot be used without being associated with a forwarding agent. The user will receive a separate e-mail notification about the deletion of the account. No lead time for deletion will be granted or advance notifications will be sent as a result of inactivity and/or lack of shipping.

§21 Record trips

The freight prices are limited to a maximum of 400 euros. per KM per trip for Eurotruck Simulator 2 and $700 in American Truck Simulator. Self-created tours are entered with the price you specified,
but if tours with more than 400 € per KM or $700 per mile, tours over 1,000,000 € (EUR 1 million), the tour cannot be billed. To do this, we display the route price in the client.
If tours > 400 € / $700 are billed in the logbook, we reserve the right to block the account due to bugusing. (This includes an entry in any blacklist).

§22 External Tools

From 17.01.2023 the use of the following tools will be prohibited on TrucksLOG:

Cheat-Engine

These tools are intended exclusively for the manipulation of tours (income, distance, mileage price or other information), which leads to the falsification of data and therefore to manipulation in the statistics.

We expressly point out that we assume no liability for errors caused by the use of external tools, mods, unofficial SCS maps or interference with the game files.

§23 Applications

You can apply virtually to shipping companies on our platform. We will send this application to the shipping company by email. This requires a functional email address from the shipping company. If a shipping company has given a wrong email address, the email system will not work. In addition, we have implemented the option of an optional email address so that 2 email addresses can be specified for each shipping company.

With every application, the shipping company also receives an instant message via the message system to signal the receipt of an application.
The virtual shipping company then has the option of accepting or rejecting the application.

IMPORTANT

After an application, the applicant receives an application block of 1 week after submitting the application. If an application is rejected, the applicant's application block will be removed and they can apply to other virtual forwarding agencies again. This is for security and prevents users from applying to other companies on a daily basis.

If the advertised company does not respond, you are welcome to contact our Discord support and we will remove the application block if necessary.

§24 Donations

Donations to our project are offered through various platforms and are always voluntary. Depending on the type of donation and amount, donors have one or the other discount. We will explicitly publish these. The guidelines of the respective donation platforms must always be observed and adhered to.

§25 Support requests

All requests to the support, whether name commands, continuous application blocks or tickets must be in English or German so that they can be, as only the correct languages ??are in the team. Applications in other languages ??will not be processed.

§26 TrucksLOG Credit

The TrucksLOG bank loan is intended to allow users who have accumulated penalty seconds to pay off their seconds if they have financial shortages.

User without sponsor = 500 €

User Sponsor 1 = 1000 €

User Sponsor 2 = 5000 €

User Sponsor 3 = 20000 €

§27 Pinboard Entries

Each freight forwarder is responsible for its own pinboard entry.

If the rules are not followed or violations occur, we reserve the right to delete the entries.

The following are prohibited:

We will check the pinboard regularly and take action in the event of a violation, up to and including a ban and exclusion of the freight forwarder from TrucksLOG.

§28 Forwarding agencies

TrucksLOG reserves the right to delete carriers from our system that are older than 3 months and have no activity.

§29 REM (Real Eco Mode
